Introduction: Here at BF Designs we specialize in full service event planning. There's no event too big or too small for us. We add a touch of elegance to even your backyard luaus. Balloon arches/collumns, backdrops, pipe and drapes, centerpieces, bouquets, gourmet candy tables and more. Our goal is to provide a seemless event and to take the stress out of event planning for our customers. I am honestly in love with every part of the planning business. It is euphoric taking a bland space and turning it into a picturesque environment. It is not the big things but the small details that make the biggest impact.

Amber and Randy Martin are the best event planners in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. This husband and wife team did an amazing job with my vow renewal. My husband and I felt moved by the details of each decor for our wedding and reception. They are both extremely professional and knowledgeable the most important aspects of the wedding. Amber contacted each vendor and informed everyone where they should be along with the time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an event planner. They made our day special!

Where should I start. I had the best experience working with Amber during my wedding . I live in the DMV area and was having my wedding in Charlotte NC. She did an amazing job within my budget for 550 guest. The decor looked lovely. She went above and beyond to make sure my weddingg went smoothly. She provided me numbers of party buses, bakery and make up artist. Can’t wait to book her for my daughters 1st Birthday. Once Again thank you so Much Amber.

We hired BF Designs from an ad we saw online. I was completely skeptical but Amber scheduled a consultation and I was sold. We initially only wanted a few balloon arches but after meeting her we sat back and allowed her to decorate the whole party. My guest were so impressed that she couldn't hand out cards fast enough. I will definitely use her again for future events

I do not have a standard pricing. I pride myself in making myself available for any budget

I love to actually discuss with each client what they're looking for and for them to send me examples so that I can base things around their taste and budget
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have all sorts of degrees but known in this which I believe allows me to see out of the box and do things uncoventional and creatively
