- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This depends on if you are buying or selling. In most cases the seller pays commision fees. Buyers should always have a Realtor to represent them, especially when buying new construction. I am paid by the builder, so you should never go into the process alone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer to go over the real estate needs and wants. I have free guides for buying and selling your home. This guide is a useful tool and goes over the complete process.
