- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with upfront flat rate pricing. Which means that ones we evaluate we will be able to give a written proposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send a picture of the technician coming to the customer property. Our techs are wearing shoe covers and we pull background for all technicians working in the company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every Wednesday we conduct safety and technical meeting. We train our technicians is Safety, Customer service and technical skills.
