Introduction: I have over 17 years of personal training experience . I work with all levels and ages of clients. After doing a consultation and learning what you want and what your goals are we will work together to meet them. This is a lifestyle not a quick fix. I will teach you how to change your life habits in fitness and nutrtion for you to be able to live with and enjoy on your own. Strength, conditioning ,balance and form are worked on for every level . I am NASM and WFPF certified with Cpr certification. I look forward to meeting and helping you to get where you want to be. I work with children ,adults , men women and pregnant women. Beginers to Athletes. Wether you want to lose weight or gain mass we can do it. I also work on balance , conditioning, athletic training and sports performance. I enjoy the personal relationships that evolve . I have had most of my clients from 5-14years. I love pushing them and seeing them achieve things they never thought were possible. I also like getting the results they asked for and keeping them for a life time .

Tracey is motivating, flexible and provides a personal approach to each training session. Each of the training sessions is challenging and rewarding. She keeps me on a consistent efficient exercise schedule that I could not motivate myself to do on my own.

Tracey is fabulous. The personal connection she makes with her clients is so valuable to their success. She makes working out fun and challenging. Tracey can also do virtual training programs too, for people who don't live in Charlotte. LOVE Edge Fitness!

Tracey is the best trainer I've had, I came in with a bad shoulder and a fracture in my wrist and she still found ways for me to safely work parts of my upper body. My vertical noticeably increased in the time I've been training and she kept me ahead of the game conditioning wise for basketball season
