- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I cut out the 3rd party fees associated with tax preparation; therefore, by using services such as turbo tax for free I am able to offer the lowest prices possible to my clients. This also allows me to fully review the tax return and make sure my clients get the most deductions possible while assuring accuracy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my undergraduate degree in Accountancy as well as a Master’s Degree in Accountancy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I graduated with a 4.0 from graduate school. I then took the CPA examination and passed all four tests with an average score of 87 (75 is passing). I then began my public accounting career at Cherry Bekaert LLP and worked my way up to a senior tax accountant. As a senior tax accountant I was reviewing subordinates work and ensuring my clients returns were nothing short of complete.
