My cleaner arrived one day and because she called on my husband's cell phone I did not get the call. He was outside and didn't hear it ring. We saw a car parked out near our house but no one ever came to our door. She called after she returned to Charlotte and I asked her why she did not to the door. She said she didn't know what to do. Since I had just come home from hospital with major back surgery I didn't go out to her car. She said she could come back in 2 days and arrive around 11:00. I said fine. On that day she called and said that she was held up in traffick for 2 hrs on I-77N. When she arrived and started cleaning she stated after 2 hrs that she had to leave to go to another job. I ask her whether she was charging by the job and she said "yes". I thought that amt charged was ridiculously high for two hrs. I cannot pay these prices and will not be using this service again. It took 1 person 1.5 hours to clean my house. We agreed on a DEEP clean including baseboards. Not only did she not touch my baseboards AT ALL but she did not dust 1 surface in my house. There are still glass rings in my countertop, grease marks on my stove, and dust under every table and night stand. I just paid her basically 55 dollars an hour to vacuum my house and leave streaks in all of my mirrors. I never give bad reviews. I understand this is how people make a living but also I work really hard for my money and thus was a scam. I truly caution anyone to hire this service.
