The owner of this company can make up any excuse he want in response to my review. The bottom line we scheduled to use this company to move items from a storage unit to my house. They didn't show up, answer my calls or return my message. Waited almost an hour at the storage unit. Sir we completed the job as far as we know we quoted you the amount to move it into garage. Then you want us to come out again and not pay us additional of course im not gonna send my guys. Mrs Tia R we have attempted to contact you since you booked and was not sucessfull we have left 4 messages stating to call us and have never got a call. Our staff memeber canceled your move once we have attempted 4 times with no responds in days we assume you did not want to continue with the services. As far as you calling us i have returned your call again and no answer again we here at PAM Moving we are very professional and we dont do nothing less. Thank you for choosing PAM Moving.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our prices are set which means we dont change them once we are on the job site we have a minimum of 3 hours and a one time $55.00 travel fee to get to your location and back home. Our hourly rate starts from the time we arrive at your home and ends when we are completed with the job. We have professional movers that know how to handle you items in the best and safest way so our rate may not be the cheapest but in the long haul you will tell the difference why you hired us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We make it simple call us Direclty we go over a list of items you have we send over a invoice which is final. then you simply pay the $100 deposit for local or $250 for long Distance. For local once we arrive half is due upfront and half is due at the end of job. For long Distance 60% is due upfront and 40 is due at the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Like i said i been in this business since 2009 when i started i was a helper then a mover then a driver and supervisor then now managing partner i have what it takes to get any job done in a professional manner and very safe way it may not be the fastest but i guaranteed it will be the most safest way and customer always appricate you taken care of there things. So now since i took over all my guys go thru a 3 week process of training so i can feel comfortable sending them out to your home.
