- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is determined by length of work project along with type of work required. Marketing takes more thought and consideration than data entry, for example.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Understanding their brand/company first so that I can incorporate the brand in all projects completed. Setting up a shareable project management board for tracking length of projects and time keeping for full transparency.
