- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer personal training memberships all of which are month to month - no annual agreements. There are no gimmicks and this is not a diet. This is a systematic combination of the 4 most important ingredients of your success: proactive accountability, sustainable nutritional guidance, individualized fitness programs, and a supportive community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone starts with a one on one Starting Point Session. This gives our Head Coach the info to identify the most important exercises for you to do, and more importantly, what you shouldn’t do. This is included with any membership or trial. We currently are offering a 10 Day Spark for $99. This includes the Starting Point and 3 personal training sessions to make sure we are the right fit for each other.
