- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every property and customer needs are different we provide a free and same day estimate. For lawncare, I will get your yard the way you want it a minimum of 35 dollar maintenance fee for every two weeks where I'll come out and mow and trim.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the estimate, we will work with the customer's schedule to get the job completed. For reoccurring services, we have the customers sign what we call a "summer contract" which provides them with a discount on the season's work. We also offer a "winter contract" and an all "all year contract", the all year contract provides 10% discount on all services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in this industry for over 8 years and we recently opened our business a little over a year ago. You can see our handy work all throughout Charlotte.
