Core Sculpt Studio

Introduction: I am Suzette, owner of Core Sculpt Studio, a small, private studio in Charlottesville at 3040 Berkmar Drive. I come from a dance background with certifications in Pilates and Barre as well as being a health consultant. Rates are competitively priced and sessions are client centric. I love to help clients reach their fitness and overall health goals based on where they are currently at, where they want to be and the pace at which they want to work. I meet you where you are, so to speak, rather than trying to fit you in a certain program. My experience ranges from teens to senior citizens, athletes, active adults, people just getting off the couch and getting started, injury rehab and those with other special needs.
