Pros: Quick, Knowledgeable, Responsible and flexible.
Cons: Limited choices in the technology stack offered.
I am the CTO of a medium sized niche ecommerce business. We were sending too much time manually picking items to fulfill orders. In December 2017 we decided to develop custom mobile software to stream line the warehouse process. After getting proposals from a few vendors we hired ADS for the implementation. We selected them based mainly on the quick time line they promised and the fixed price bid.
The application deployment was delayed by a few weeks from the initial time line as they worked out problems integrating with our inventory management system but some of that was because of the time it took to find answers from our IT department.
We are pretty happy with the end result and are already planning enhancements for version 2.

I hired ADS to prototype and implement an idea I have for a social application. They helped me streamline the design so that it would be quicker to implement which is important for me since I am using the prototype to market my idea. I liked the ability to play with both the both Android and iOS applications as they were being built.
