I'm so thankful for Big Ben's Moving & Storage. They really helped me out last minute when my girlfriend kicked me out of the house and only gave me a day to get my things and get out. She said if I didn't get my things she'd had movers there the next day and instruct them to take all the items to a good will (and she isn't the type of person to make empty threats). So, I called this company and they came, helped me gather, box and wrap what was mine and then put it into storage for me (their own storage units too so I didn't have to find a storage facility on top of the rest of this nightmare). They are keeping it there for me until I find a new place. I'm staying with a buddy for now. Until then however, I know my things are safe as they don't let the public into the storage facilities without an appointment, and even they are monitored and secure.

I hired Big Ben's Moving to help me out in a pinch. My husband and I had to move planned and scheduled, unfortunately we had a family tragedy at her and I needed to fly back to the East Coast to deal with it. This meant that all of a sudden my husband was going to have to pack and move the entire home on his own, which I love him to death but was not going to happen. I know him and I know he would've been so frustrated with trying to pack everything and deciding how to properly wrapped valuables etc. that it would've been more trouble than it was worth to have him even attempt it. So, I hired Big Ben's Moving and they took care of everything for me. They kept me updated the entire time and all my has been had to do was be there to open and close the doors and finish finalizing all the moving people work. They were absolutely fantastic and really helped so in a time of a lot of turmoil and stress. We are very grateful.

It is extremely important to me that the people I hire to come into my home are well vetted. I simply cannot have felons or convicted criminals in my home and take the risk of something going wrong. Unfortunately however, not many moving companies vet for this. So when I found out Big Ben's Moving has a very strict vetting process and only employees the most respectable of people I decided to give them a try. They are definitely worth it. They get the job done properly and you don't have to worry about any funny business going on behind the scenes which was a big weight off my mind and allowed me to focus on other things during the move instead of focusing solely on ensuring all my belongings were okay.

Big Ben’s Moving Company is a moving company that knows what they are doing! I have used them three times and each time they come in, inventory everything, create a comprehensive plan and make sure they understand exactly what I need from them. They then wrap all the furniture, and stack boxes and other items in a such a way that it is secure and won't be damaged during your move. Then of course they unpack everything, putting each item in it’s designated room, unwrapping the furniture for you and even resembling any items they needed to take apart to move safely. In short, they are efficient and know exactly what it is they are doing. Your things will be in good hands if you use them.

I had no idea we could use a moving company to help with our estate sale, but a friend recommended Big Ben’s Moving and Storage to me and I decided to check them out. Turns out not many moving companies will help with an estate sale, but this one does! They not only came in and wrapped all the furniture after it sold, they also helped load up all the furniture as it was sold, took some of the furniture and things to there final destinations and then took the remainder of what didn’t sell to their storage facilities until we could figure out what to do with the rest. I’m very impressed with not only how well they handled things for me, but also the fact that they offered this service all together. I’m certainly open to using them again should the need ever arise.
