What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system. It depends what the customer is looking for. I can say that we are competitive with our pricing. We always do our best to make a fair deal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process can vary depending on the situation, but we always want to make the customer feel comfortable. An introductory phone call to assess the customer's needs/wants for their new project, followed by a site visit with one of our technicians is the usual process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technician's are required to complete mandatory training in the classroom and on the road accompanying our senior technician's before starting. We take pride in the people we hire. Our A+ ratings through the Better Business Bureau and Angie's list can attest to that.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all kinds of customers and job types. From a standard duct cleaning, to a 10kw+ solar system. Our goal is to make each customer's vision a reality.
