I had several sessions with Jacob and I’ve been noticing great results in my abilities. When I started I could hardly do anything but after I spent time working with him as my personal trainer I’ve noticed I can do the exercises much easier than I could my very first session. I feel stronger and have lost weight which is my overall goal. He’s a nice and wonderful trainer and believes in me and pushes me just enough when I don’t think I can do it. He’s very motivating and it’s never boring because he knows all sorts of different exercises. I told him what I wanted to work on and he focused on the exercises that were for the areas I wanted to work on which is greatly appreciated!

I Really Enjoyed Working Out With Jacob. He Is Always Really Possotive Whenever He Works Out With Me, And He Demonstrates The Work Out So Well That It’s Easily Learnd. He Is Also Always Their Waiting For You To Get There With Exercises That Will Help You Achieve Your Fitness Goals. My Favorite Part About Working Out With Him Is That He’s Really Engaging We Have Talked About Our Likes And Dislikes It’s Almost Like Working Out With A Good Friend. He Also Genuinely Cares About Your Heath Goals It’s Almost Like If I Fail He Fails And I Like That.. He Is All Around A Great Trainer and A Wonderful Person I Would Recomend Him To Anyone Looking To Change Their Heath Around.

Jacob was and has been the best trainer I have worked with. He has a lot of knowledge when it comes to exercises and knows how to work every muscle of the body. With his help I was able to drop 25lbs in 8 weeks. I have seen many changes and tone my body. I highly recommend Jacob to anyone and anywhere I the world you might be.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 per session/one-on-one Currently do not travel
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first meet a client, it's a "get to know you" session. We'll deeply discuss your goals, past fitness endeavors, and any past injuries or medical conditions. Then, I'll run some physical assesments so I can better design your fitness program, i.e, I'll check your body fat percentage, examine your mobility, flexibility, strength, and endurance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a corrective exercise specialist. Also hold my basic life support and CPR from the American Heart Association.
