Introduction: I've trained high-level athletes who compete at a college Division 1 level. I have personal experience with elite trainers and competitive competition. I can make sure you achieve your weight and strength goals and even discover higher peaks. Personal training is more than just telling someone how many sets and reps to do. Beginning health and fitness is a lifestyle change, and we’re here to support our clients as they evolve. Our clients have unlimited phone and email access to us. Clients often call from the grocery store, for example, needing help with a nutrition label; or clients travel for work or vacation and are unable to train, so we'll write them a workout plan they can do in their hotel room while their gone. By creating this support system, we've been extremely successful helping people accomplish with their goals. In fact, we limit the number of clients we work with to ensure they have the best support possible. This is truly a concierge personal training service I enjoy promoting a healthy lifestyle. Being an athlete my whole life was revolved around healthy decisions, and I see the importance of sharing my knowledge with others. It's beautiful to see someone reach his or her physical goals and achieve things that he or she never thought he or she could do! It's just a matter of having the right trainer and the right mindset.

Matt worked with me from day 1. I hadn't worked out in about 3 years and I was able to jog 20 minutes in 30 days with his help (started at jogging 3 minutes). He took me from couch to running 5k runs in 45 days. I have since shaved off 10 minutes from my time in 2 more months. Another great perk about training with Matt was that he took my long term goals and short term goals in mind. If I wanted to get faster for a race, we did fast twitch work out, if I wanted to lose weight we focused on cardio, etc...He always kept the trainings interesting, challenging, and different. He also provided dietary information too. I really needed the daily check in the first 30 days and followup with food suggestions. The best part about all of this, was his infectious positive attitude about helping you become fit. I love my new lifestyle and continued support!
