- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typical schedule an initial meeting where we figure out where you are physically and set goals and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with trainers since I was an athlete in High School. I worked with a Master level trainer in College and alongside trainers that had NFL, and Olympic experience. I also played college football at the Division 1 level. Josh has his master's degree in health and human performance at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as certified in Exercise is Medicine and CPR/AED. Christine has her bachelor’s degree in exercise science and has a history training hundreds of clients through corporate wellness programs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers that want to lose considerable amount of weight. 80-140 pounds. I have also worked with elite athletes that are just looking to get faster, develop better footwork, or are training for an event, race or competition. I have had young athlete 8-18 years old and have also worked with parents and older clients 30-52 to rebuild a healthy lifestyle
