- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote a per person price which includes food and a basic set-up. Additional charges include items such as, tableware, beverages, chairs, tables and any additional items that may be needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a phone call to get a feel for the type of food you would like, create a customized menu for your approval (usually takes 2-3 days), and quote a final price per person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have a culinary degree from the Culinary Institute of America and a total of 15 years of restaurant/cooking experience.
