- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices as reasonable as possible, but at the end of the day this is how I survive it's my career. Prices are subject to change with product price increase but I always non notify when I do so. I also have a cancellation policy I require 24 Hour notice when cancelling a appointment otherwise a deposit will be required when rescheduling, ofcourse I know emergencies happen so there are exceptions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a consultation with new clients and they are more then welcome to come in prior to their or appointment or day of. I try to ask questions and get a real understanding of their wants and needs, and I educate them to the best of my abilities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly educating myself, my goal is that I should be able to conquer anything that come in my chair.
