- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at Millennium Maid we go above and beyond. I want all my customers to know that we care and I will never over book and the reason is so we can focus on your house while we are there. 100% Customer Service and 100% Customer Care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to meet with all my clients if possible so both of us can get a good feel of each other. I feel like if we have a trusting relationship from the beginning we will grow to become close family friends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a year of cleaning experience, I am insured and have a background check. All of my employees do as well.
