I hired Ed to build a 20x20 addition on my house this month. He started before he said he could and finished his part before he said he would. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction and pays attention to detail, calling to my attention several things that I hadn't thought about. He is prompt and courteous and works hard. Over the last 20 years, I have sold several of the beautiful homes that he has built. I would highly recommend him.

These guys were great, they helped us update and remodel our commercial processing site. They worked with the City Bldg Dept to assure all their requirements were met and that all work met code. At our other site they built a 2 story shop and over 20,000 sqft of commercial greenhouses. They met with our engineer, helped with the permits, coordinated with other contractors, and assisted with inspections. They made it easy for us to get our operation up and running. They definitely deserve our recommendation. Blessings!

Ed Rice built our house in 2010. He stayed withing our budget which was very important to us. We ended up with our dream retirement home, so beautiful! I have had 2 other houses built in 2 other cities and the thought of working with another contractor, well, let's just say I was not looking forward to it. If you ever had a house built, you probably know what I'm talking about. But Ed Rice was different...If I ever had another house built...it would be Ed Rice building it!
