- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very inexpensive, due to the equipment and technology that I use to complete any analysis and testing, I am able to keep the fees low.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple, but informative. I prefer the customer to join in on the testing, this giving me the opportunity to explain the analysis in detail, and giving the customer the ability to recognize potential problems if any are found.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive training and education in radon gas test, indoor air quality testing, electrosmog testing. I'm affiliated with 4 different national organisations in quality testing of a home I carry my certifications, memberships and licences with me to every inspection. That way, the customer can review my information if need be.
