- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down with the couple at least a few weeks prior to the ceremony to get to know them and begin to tailor the ceremony to their wishes, personality, and story. I may email or text back and forth as I am writing my message to get further information. All of these connections may be in person or via Zoom.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a longtime teacher and school administrator, as well as community leader, public speaking is one of my strengths. I hold Associate's, Bachelor's, and Master's degrees, a school principal certification, along with my ordination for wedding officiating. I have officiated multiple weddings and funerals. I have also emceed numerous community events and parades.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was asked years ago to officiate a wedding for a friend. I have since officiated for friends, family, and others.
