I'm very impressed with the work Mike&Mike did. They gave me an estimate that was more than reasonable and they answered any questions I had and they came out promptly to do the job. Very friendly professional family run business. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you Mike and Mike. Wonderful craftsmanship and customer service.

Before hiring Mike and Mike I wanted to meet them and possibly get some references from customers that were satisfied. We set up a meeting around 11am and I told the Mike I will be here and that I work from home. I have a rather large home and work in the basement for 25 years and I was heading to my cell phone at another desk and saw a missed call 46 minutes earlier.
I called him to say when are you coming and he advised he was here already and he knocked on my front door. I have 3 dogs in the home and if he really knocked hard they would have heard him. I asked if he rang the door bell , like most normal people would ring and he said no. I asked when are you coming back to me and he advised he was at his next job and he could not come back today. Is next week ok?
This is the time where one would think is this guy really worth hiring if he is not willing to come back today to see me. I had not hired him yet, but I bought all of the material for the job I wanted him to do and assumed I would hire him if he was only nice.
He then advised me that he did not want to do the job, after this instance and to be quite honest, I am so glad this happened, because he is definitely not the guy you should hire to do work for you. If the contractor acts like this before you get started, they are not a contractor you would want to do work for you.

We're sorry we couldn't work things out with you. We sat in front of your house for 25 minutes after knocking on your door, calling and texting you without response. We do have a schedule to stick to as you are not our only customer. When you called about an hour later and got rude because I could not make it back the same day, as I had an appointment late in the afternoon, I told you to find another contractor as I won't be spoken to in such a nasty manner. We wish you good luck with your project.

They did a nice job for a resonable price. They came quickly to look at the project and give us a quote. They also arrived on time to start the work
