- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact here on thumbtack is a given, then I'll follow up providing my phone and e-mail contact information and usually set up a time for a few questions. After we're clear on the scope of work we'll send over an invoice for the 50% down payment. After the shoot you'll be provided with the link to your Photo's and Videos.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure if you're hiring a drone operator that he or she is licensed as a remote airman and that the drone is registered with the FAA.
