I have been managing homes for others for approximately 5 years and in that time-frame my involvement in NARPM, National Association for Residential Property Managers sets me apart from other property managers in the area. NARPM provides an environment which enables me to continue my education in property management and network/learn from some of the most successful Property Managers in the world. The education enables me to keep abreast of the latest technology as well as market trends. I genuinely enjoy helping owners who don't have time or decide not to manage their property. I understand the pressure and challenges of owning investment property and I do everything possible to eliminate and/or reduce the stress for the owner. My goal is to provide you with peace of mind and to develop a lasting professional relationship. Note: I am an Independent Contractor of Keffer Realty. Property management isn't rocket science but it does take a special type of person to be successful in this industry. What I enjoy the most about my career is the fact that I get to help people with one of the most important decisions in their life- finding a home. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My fees are minimal and competitive for the market.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?It's simple. Once we determine that my company is a good fit for you and your property, we proceed to sign the management agreement, prepare the property to list, process applicants, and move them in. We start the process as quickly as possible to minimize the days the property is vacant.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Real Estate Broker and Property Manager. I hold a BA degree from James Madison University. I am a current and active member of NARPM-National Association of Residential Property Managers. I attend industry conferences and educational course every year to maintain my license and stay abreast of the changes in the industry.
