Customer satisfaction is top priority at On Time. Upon connecting with a potential customer, we listen to and consider their needs and expectations and work diligently to exceed them. We ensure we treat each customer with respect and recognize the importance of getting their project done in a professional and timely manner. New customers won't have to make any special deposits or jump through any extra hoops. New customers are treated like family, just as our regulars.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 9 years of experience as a skilled worker turned supervisor with a local cryogenic cleaning company responsible for handling numerous United States Navy contracts. During my time with this company, I gained the knowledge and expertise needed to properly clean difficult and hard to reach surfaces using environmentally friendly processes and techniques.
