Introduction: As the Chef and owner of Good Chef & Company I prepare all meals from scratch. I am fully certified and well versed in the appropriate handling of food. I am a trained artisan with the understanding of how to adapt foods to diets, cultures, taste etc. I believe in a high level of hospitality and customer service whether working in households, for a corporation, or for food service providers. I maintain a strong relationship with all vendors to ensure access to fresh foods and the finest equipment for cooking. What I enjoy the most is the look of satisfaction on a customer's face after eating the food I have created. I also enjoy researching ways to enhance services with new recipes, various foods, and plating arrangements.
