They are really well informed. Helped me with all the question I had. Sprayed in home, outside, in the yard, and even laid new traps for the ants. Not far enough to tell if the treatment worked yet (the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars)May 17, 2018Verified
Chris was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. It’s only been a week since our treatment, so far so good.Apr 11, 2018Verified
While out of town on travel we were notified by tenants that there had been a swarm of bugs in the house. Through Thumbtack we were connected with Chris at Pest King. Chris was able to quickly check out the situation and give us an estimate for the treatment. He worked well with our tenants and went above and beyond what the competition offered. We are thankful for Chris’s quick response to our situation, and even though we had to work with him long distance, he made the process easy and efficient. Thank you Chris and Pest King.Apr 8, 2018Verified
I hired Chris to perform a termite and moisture inspection. He arrived promptly, worked quickly, and kept me informed of his progress. An excellent experience.Oct 30, 2017Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The process begins with a free consultation. During the consultation the customer will be listened to in order to assess their concerns and a brief inspection of the premises will be conducted in accordance with those concerns. Upon completing the brief inspection a course of action will be developed. Pest King will let the customer know what needs to be done in order to eliminate the pests involved and any options and pricing.
