- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing starts with my hourly wage of $15/hr, traveling fees and food costs. Anything additional will be discussed during the consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to get to know you. We will schedule a consultation and plan out a menu for your special event. If it is an ongoing meal prep, we will discuss your dietary and health goals so that I can create a map of the food that you are open to. Next is the discussion of budgeting, cost and fees. I will draft up an estimate for the services with a break down of fees and what I will offer. Once we agree on our business relationship, I will write a contract for us to sign.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cooking all my life. My mother and I threw catering events for fun. Now I have turned a hobby into my passion. I am current Culinary School student at the Culinary Institute of Virginia. I have done events with my school, cooked alongside award-winning Chefs and participated in banquets for companies such as CapitalOne.
