Bell Cow was referred to my HVAC trouble call by my home warranty company. Within 30 minutes of entering the trouble ticket online I got a call from Butch at Bell Cow (this is on a Saturday, which is miraculous). Butch came out within the hour and QUICKLY repaired my outside unit which had a failed fan motor and a problem with the electrical connection box. Honestly, I wasn't even expecting a call until Monday and figured I would have to miss work during the week for an appointment, but Butch pulled through same-day. As far as service calls go, Butch was professional, friendly, and thorough. To top it off, he called me later in the evening to make sure the unit was still running properly (great follow up!). I couldn't be more satisfied.

Well my unit was looked at by technicians Maurice and Butch and basically I needed a new unit. In my financial position the team really worked with me to obtain an efficient unit. Hawk and his partner were early and very thorough explaining everything thing that was done. They took their time installing and that's important so it's done correctly. At the end I began vacuuming and next I hear Hawk's partner vaccuming after me which lets me know they clean up after their mess with no fuss. With a name like Bell Cow you maybe hesitant but they were a great group of people to deal with and even the staff on the phone were very respectful and attentive to my nerves. I'm very grateful for them during this time in my life and I would recommend them or defend them anytime or any day for their reputation. Thanks and Bless You All. Lynda

I am unsure if you received my previous post so I am writing another one. I contacted my home warranty company because I was having an electrical issue. I was contacted by a representative from Bell Cow HVAC and an appointment was scheduled. The contractor, Ryan Dietz contacted me on the day of the appointment and asked if he could come before the scheduled time because he had finished a prior appointment earlier. Ryan was very professional. He listened to me regarding the issue and went through the process of determining what the problem was. Once he determined what the issue was, he took care of it, and also provided additional information on how to handle it in the future. Ryan also answered my questions on issues not related to the problem that he took care of. He didn't have to do that but I could see that Ryan is a person who has great work qualities and really cares about the service he provides to his customers. I was very impressed and intend to contact Bell Cow HVAC in the future.

My tech Mark did a wonderful job identifying and fixing my issues. I called Bell Cow because RJ Wiggins didn't properly check my home to identify the issues. Mark was knowledgeable, patient and did his very best to address my issues. Bell Cow will be my go to from here on out!!

    We work with customers of all types ranging from homes and businesses to light industrial spaces, and government facilities.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    One of our more recent projects is the renovation of the heating and air system at a historical facility that was once a home and now serves as a museum. We worked hand in hand with engineers at the facility to review plans and requirements for the work to be performed. Throughout the project, there were alterations that were necessary and completed without interruption.
