- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer many discounts and run specials often. We offer 10% military and senior discounts, $20 off of your cleaning for each referral that hire us and we complete the job as well as every 5th cleaning customers get $15 off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have several ways that clients contact us phone call/text, email, thumbtack, Craigslist, and our favorite word of mouth. The questions we ask are very basic on first contact with clients. 1. What services are looking for? Basic, deep, move out, regular, one time etc. Base on the answers given we try to give most quotes on first contact. On rare occasion some estimates require a visit. We try to accommodate each person on an individual basis because every home is not the same, but we still provide the same quality services to each home. After all the needs are found out we move to setting up a time and date for services to be provided. We offer a $20 discount for each referral, military discount of 10%, any where from 5-20% discount for those that would like regular cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), we also offer a discount for continued services of $15 off every 5th cleaning)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Honestly we didn’t go to school for the services we provide. We do however provide our services based on how we clean our own homes as well as what we would expect from someone cleaning our homes. We provide quality cleaning services. We try to keep up with new cleaning methods as well as safety precautions that will help both our clients and their families as well as us.
