- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Service Call/ Onsite Consultation is $75 and goes towards your project or repair. All pricing is flat rate and upfront, we have no hidden fees and do not charge by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers set up a customer account with us to assist in communications between service techs, Dispatch, and customer service representatives. The customer's work is scheduled and assigned to a technician. The customer will receive an introduction email introducing them to their service technician. The work is completed and the service tech processes payment once the work is done. The customer is sent a thank you email The customer is happy by how smooth the process went and how awesome our service technicians are. We have systems in place ensuring that every customer gets the same experience, every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service techs have a minimum of 8000 hours on the job training and 4 years of class room training. All of our electricians are certified Virginia Journeymen Electricians.
