I highly recommend this practitioner. She is knowledgeable, warm, and effective. She is also very professional and I felt very comfortable talking to her.

About this pro

I specialize in women’s mental health, specifically women who feel disconnected from who they are and who they want to be-and as a result feel anxious and depressed. When you meet with me, you will receive an individualized treatment plan that clearly identifies what we are working towards along with clear objectives on how you can achieve that goal. I am solution focused with a track record of attaining positive results! My style is nonjudgmental and down to earth and you will be a top priority as I limit the amount of clients I work with to serve you better and offer premium therapy services. My life passion is helping clients (you) experience insight that provides clarity, develop a higher level of self awareness, and feel empowered!

    Q & A

    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In an effort to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, my practice does not accept any insurance plans. My rates range from $65-140 depending on the service requested. In not accepting insurance, we have the freedom to decide how many sessions we want to have and I do not have to give you a mental health diagnosis that will go into your health records. Often times I find that people just want to better their lives and do not even meet criteria for a mental health diagnosis that insurance always requires. Choose me and our options are endless! *limited discounted spaces available if finances are an issue.
    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Engaging in a brief phone consultation to make sure we will be a good fit is my first step. I want you to feel comfortable and I want to make sure that I know what your therapeutic needs are. I'm completely collaborative in my approach. If you're in crisis, I may recommend twice a week sessions, while if you're wanting coaching we may decide to meet once a month.
    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of West Florida as well as my Masters degree in counseling psychology. I am currently licensed as a professional counselor in both Florida and Virginia. I actively engage in self education keeping up with the latest research and therapeutic treatment modality techniques.
