I have a dental practice and needed a new phone system and work by a previous company corrected. CT Home Automation was highly recommended to me from a patient. The owner himself was on the job, with an apprentice. One of the first things he did was to show me his license for low voltage, the next was his business card with his cell number . Bill was very thorough and efficient. He kept things very neat and clean, as is very important in any medical facility. I have already recommended him to others. He far exceeded my expectations for the scope of work that he was hired for. I will most certainly use his company again.

Very complicated installation of 55" tv, and setting up of various associated equipment, re-wire, design and build special wall mount all done with attention to detail and his expertise, very well done. Highly recommend Great job!

CT Home Automation showed up on time. They had me walk them through the house showing them each TV, location for installation and other entertainment electronics. CT discussed their plans to install and alerted me on the materials/components and costs that would need to complete the installations. They worked smartly and were extremely neat during the process.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As we are a custom install company, there is no set standard price. All jobs are created specifically for what the clients needs are.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Bill likes to do a phone interview first to see what the clients needs are. The next step is going to where the work needs to be done to do a site survey and again talk with the potential client. After that a quote is done and another meeting. Then the work begins. Bill is always on the job site!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We come from a field service engineering and robotics IT background. We have a Connecticut low voltage license and belong to CASIA and CEDIA, which are industry organizations. We are in class every other month for new product training and we also take the necessary steps each year to ensure that our license is up to date.
