In I feel it's totally unethical to charge your clients $250.00 to watch workout video's while you are away on vacation/sick - especially since I could never access your crummy app (because you never sent a login). You are the first client I have ever fired in 16 years of training, and this is for good reason. You cancelled 15 sessions within 24 hours notice that I generously rescheduled. The agreement you signed obligates you to pay for those sessions, but I will not ask for payment on those sessions ($750 worth of sessions). I will ask you to remove the review and consider parting amicably, and the next complaint you have about billing issues, you should call, email, or text me instead of trying to slander my reputation. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A typical first meeting: I provide information about myself, and show proof of certification, insurance, etc. We discuss your goals, obstacles, and past successes. If you are comfortable, I take non-invasive measurements to establish a baseline, and we set a timeline for your success. Once we have ironed out your goals, we then decide upon a timeline and the best package option, sessions per week, and move forward from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an ACE Fitness certified personal trainer. I hold a CPR and First Aid Certification. I studied athletic training at The University of Alabama, Roll Tide! I also have a BS degree in Biology (biomedical science). I also hold several sport specific, weight management, sports nutrition, and behavior modification certificates.
