- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers typically provide an exercise history and disclosure of any medical conditions and physical limitations if any. These are discussed together before any program begins. We discuss the goals to reach or levels to obtain and what they are looking for. Recommendations are made based on the outcome of the initial assessment. The practice is not about blindly incorporating the latest fads, but rather blending the best of the new ideas in fitness with the best of the traditional approaches. Each program is custom prepared after considering all of the above factors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology and a Certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I also hold a License as a Massage Therapist. My experience in these disciplines spans over 25 years.
