- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge extra for lashes. I just think it’s silly. However, I do charge a travel fee in addition to tolls and a parking fee, if applicable. A deposit and signed agreement forms is always required in order to confirm an appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For starters, I want to make sure the date and time work best for the both of us. Once that is set, I ask questions so that I can better understand what it is that the customer wants and looking to achieve. I also send examples of the look they are envisioning. I then send my requirements so that we can move forward. I try to make the process easy and less stressful as possible. A lot of the time my customers don’t know anything about makeup and it’s my job to make them feel comfortable and educate them as much as I can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught and it’s actually better that way. That just tells you that my teachings come from experiences and self trained skills.
