- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Under most circumstances our services are complimentary to our clients since we receive commissions from resorts and tour operators.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically schedule a call with new clients to introduce ourselves and determine if we are a good fit for one another. We then start discussing wish lists and budgets. After this conversation, we get to work putting together ideas and pricing. This is a back and forth process until we have the perfect package.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in the corporate world for over 20 years. My responsibilities included travel planning, this was always my favorite part of the job! I started working in the travel industry part-time until I had built my business enough to dedicate myself full time. I couldn't be happier. It's very rewarding to make dreams come true!
