We didn't have big, bad stains but stains still remained on carpet - he did very little to work on stains (just sprayed something on a few areas before cleaning), it was more a wet vacuum and carpet was very wet when he left. He didn't clean 2 steps going into family room. When I asked him to clean them, I didn't realize until he left that he only got one spot wet on one of the two steps and the carpet fibers were still flattened down like hadn't even been vacuumed much less cleaned. When I called him to question this, he said "cleaned using dry brush system due to it not being as bad nor was that side more than five steps . . . I have many cleaning methods". I'm not sure what the difference between 2 and 5 steps means when it comes to cleaning. Be sure to show and discuss every little area you want done and be sure to inspect every bit of the work you wanted to be done.
