- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I often will give discounts to repeat customers or those with good referral history. Be a good customer and I will reward that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a text or email then I will generally stop over to look at the project to make sure we are both thinking the same thing. Then I will give an estimated cost either in person or when I get back to the office. We will also discuss the timeframe for your project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started because I've always fixed my own houses, then some apartments I rented out. I enjoyed the work.
