Rick, and his partner Andy did an excellent job installing my dishwasher. He first reached out to me after my submission with Thumbtack. He wasn't the only one, but I am glad I chose him. He is responsive,courteous, and put my mind at ease with my challenges involved in installation. Rick knows what he's doing and I am glad I now know him and his abilities and would definitely keep him in mind for future projects and or issues I may encounter. I only wish I had known him 2 months earlier and my issues would have been solved then, and I not having to "keep calling other people with no response, and prolonging it not being done." Thanks Rick for your professionalism and work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a standard 1 hour fee for general service calls. ( i.e. toilet and sink repair or install, electrical switch or receptacle repair or replace, light fixture replacement etc.) All other jobs are priced accordingly to the time and materials it will take to complete the project correctly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years experience in the construction industry, i hold an Allegheny County Master Plumbers license, certified backflow prevention tester and repair, certified "FLASH SHIELD" gas line installer, certified "PEX" water piping installer
