- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a 10% discount when booking lessons for the entire school year. We also offer $100 in lessons credit for every successfully referred student and discounted theory group lessons when booking them together with instrument/voice lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to start off by getting to know every student in order to create a tailored teaching method.
