- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sessions are $60.00 an hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each new trainee learns the basic lifts to the best of their ability. Those lifts are: - Squat - Press - Deadlift -Bench Press If a trainee is unable to accomplish a lift due to issues with flexibility, injury, age, etc... Then there are other ways to drive the same training reaction with slightly modified and assisted exercises. The ultimate goal is to progress and get stronger and any limitations to the primary lifts are easily mitigated.

I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and I am studying for my Starting Strength Coach credential.
