All of the above. First time I have tried free weights and am in my 7th decade. Was at first concerned about injury but Marty's slow approach and careful explanations have avoided that. Also like the reminders before each Monday and Thursday workout, they keep me honest and encourage me to continue to go (even at times when I might be inclined to skip!).
