I have taken several computers and laptops to Mr. Reynolds and I am a very satisfied customer. The main reason for this post is the fact that one time I took my laptop to him and the issue was so simple he did not want to charge me...he hit a few buttons and had my laptop running like when I first bought it and I insisted he take the payment because i did not have a clue.Thanks for the honesty.
