I highly recommend working with Mr. Fenbert. In my opinion, he is the gold standard for an attorney and he proved that in the courtroom. Richard was able to not only get my license back (quickly) but also worked his magic to get all charges dismissed. He covered all bases, was very communicative and helpful in explaining the legal matter to me. I had to give him the title of "SUPERHERO" after that - I think he should seriously consider donning a cape in the courtrooms. In a legal jam? Hire Richard Fenbert! He's amazing!

LOOK NO FURTHER Of all of the attorneys that I spoke with, Richard Fenbert is the only one who guaranteed me that I would win my case. His only doubts were that I wouldn't get my license back due to "Refusal to Blow" (automatic 1yr suspension). Richard was so calm & confident that it made me nervous at first. I thought he could care less. All of the other attorneys I spoke with told me that I was practically dead on arrival & were looking to charge me $1500 - $2500 more than Richard. Being a young, Black male with a DUI case in Will County, IL; I naturally assumed that these other attorneys were right. RICH DID THE IMPOSSIBLE!!!! Not only did we get a dismissal, Richard Fenbert was able to get my driving privileges reinstated in just a little over 6months! ON A REFUSAL TO BLOW!!!!! I didn't have to take any classes, pay any additional fines/fees, etc. The state decided to refile (bring the charges back up against me), as there was no official judgement entered into the records (a dismissal is not a judgement); once again, Rich was calm, cool, & collected. HE TORE THEM APART!!! Mr. Fenbert represented me with an outstanding sense of integrity & grace & always yielded to my right & wellbeing. The way in which he handled the case was something that you only see in movies! He was so smooth & precise that it took everything in me not to crack a huge smile during the course of my trial. He is a true professional & master of the courts! Wins like this DO NOT happen in Will County, IL. Richard Fenbert is the right choice when seeking professional legal representation to protect the rights of you & your loved ones. I'd choose him 10/10 times, no doubts about it!
