FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For an income producing property, the fee is typically 6 - 10% percentage of income generated, depending upon the scope of services. For a condominium association, the fee will be a flat fee per month per unit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I want to understand why you are reaching out for property management services, including challenges, past experiences (good and bad), currently self-managed or third-party managed, and what are you looking for in your new property manager. I want to tailor my services and quote to address your needs and concerns. Once I understand the answer to those questions and others, I will come back to you with a fee quote as a percentage of income or a flat fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, including property management & leasing, development and advisory/consulting. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Illinois in Real Estate Finance. I am also a Managing Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois and a licensed Community Association Manager.
