- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my pricing is based off my standard hourly rate. I charge according to how many hours I feel it'll take me to complete the project at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to get to know the vision they have for their project. The more details the better! If the customer has a specific style in mind, I'll sometimes ask for an example video on the web that's similar to what they want for their video. This will help kickstart a creative dialogue and get me on my way to creating their unique video.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 2010 with a BA in film & video post production.
