How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was destined for a love of health & fitness from an early age, being the son of an Olympic runner. I spent his childhood playing outdoors and getting involved in as many sports as possible. I then settled into his “athletic niche” when I entered high school, directing my focus on football and weightlifting, where I competed at a high level. I then spent my freshman year as a walk-on with the University of Florida football team until I decided I wanted to focus his energy on school, fitness, and business. Since then (2009) I've spent the last 7 years in the fitness field.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All ages, shapes, and sizes. The common characteristics of a Bluprint athlete is a thirst for improvement, fun/positive attitude, and a willingness to work hard!
