FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While my rate is $180/hour, I incent the investment of more sessions with packages of 12 sessions at $160/sessions. I also work with a variety of other coaches at the Wright Foundation who have lower rates at $80 or $120/session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I focus more time up front on what it is you want so we can each be clear about the outcome you are looking for. I will be honest as to how many sessions I think could be useful for you and coming to an agreement as to how we will work together. It's helpful to have an initial discovery session to lay this out before digging in to a 12 session package.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have earned a B.A. in Psychology from Northwestern University, a M.Ed. in Counseling from Loyola University Chicago, and a M.A. in Transformational Leadership and Coaching from the Wright Graduate University (where I currently work). I have also qualified for and obtained a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) from the International Coach Federation. I've conducted over 10,000 hours of group and individual coaching including being a therapist for 5 years. I've also had similar hours of training as our organization has a strict requirement of supervision twice a week and ongoing training and professional development. I also lead courses and trainings for corporations and in-house at the Wright Foundation for coaches, women, couples, coaches, sales and other business people.
